摘要
根据钻井作业中三缸钻井泵液力端水击现象对钻井泵的危害,以及现场对钻井泵内的水击现象监测手段落后的情况,探讨了用振动加速度时域信号分析水击状况的可行性。实验表明,使用压电加速度计对三缸钻井泵液力端水击现象实施缸外监测是可行的,并找到了发生水击压力脉冲的规律,即在活塞的一个压缩冲程中,信号示波表现为:加速度信号变化四次,具有三大一小的峰值特征,据此判断两个大峰前吸入压力曲线末端的小峰必为水击压力脉冲。
The feasibility of analyzing the hydraulic impact on the fluid end of a triplex pump by vibrational acceleration time-domain signals is investigated. Experiment shows it is feasible to monitor the hydraulic impact outside the pump cylinder by using the piezoelectric accelerometer, and the regularity of occurance of hydraulic impact pulse is found out, i. e. on a compression stroke of the piston, the acceleration oscillogram presents three high and one low peak values, and the low peak in front of the two high peaks at the end of suction pressure curve is exactly the hydraulic impact pulse.
