摘要
给出了游梁式抽油机曲柄轴工作扭矩的傅里叶级数展开式和经三角函数变换后的傅里叶级数变形形式;利用数值积分的方法,以CYJ10-3-53HB型抽油机为例,由抽油机计算软件包计算了在冲程S=3m,冲次n=9min-1及泵径D=95mm的工况下的前9项傅里叶系数和各次平衡后的曲柄轴净扭矩及电动机功率等主要参数。在此基础上,阐明了抽油机的平衡及二次平衡计算的理论依据及偏置抽油机的节能原理,为抽油机的平衡及广义相位角(即偏置角)的优化计算提供了优化目标。
The Fourier Series expansion equation of the operating torque of the crankshaft on a beam pumping unit and its transform through variation of trigonometric functions are presented. Taking Model CYJ10-3-53HB pumping unit as an example and by numerical integration, the coefficients of the first nine terms of the Fourier series, the net crankshaft torque after balance and the power of the motor under a given working condition of the pumping unit are calculated by means of a computer program. Thereafter the theoretical basis of the calculation of the counterbalancing and secondary counterbalancing of pumping unit and the power-saving principle of offset pumping unit are expounded, providing the optimizing objectives for counterbalancing and offset angle of the unit.
