压力容器壳体可靠性分析的验证荷载法及应用

摘要 将结构可靠性分析的验证荷载法应用于压力容器壳体研究设计,给出了具体方法及步骤。用该方法对按GB150-89《钢制压力容器》设计的某反应器壳体进行了可靠性研究,计算得出了壳体各部分可靠度及整体可靠度。计算结果说明上封头和变径段的原设计过于保守。在保证满足工程要求的前提下,应用验证荷载法作可靠性改进设计,上封头有效厚度可从11.18mm减薄到6.56mm,变径段有效厚度从16.15mm减薄到7.78mm,比常规设计节省钢材219kg。该方法适用于各类压力容器壳体结构的可靠性分析及改进设计。 The procedures of the test load method used for the reliability analysis of the pressure vessel shell are presented. A reliability analysis of a certain reactor's shell designed according to GB150 - 89 Steel Pressure Vessel is conducted by this method, and the reliability of each part of the shell and the initegral reliability are calculated. The result of the calculation shows the design of the upper cover and the diametervarying section are unduly conservative. Under the prerequisite for satisfying the eopneering requirements, the shell design is improved by the test load method, in which the effective thickness of the upper cover might be reduced from 11. 18mm to 6.56mm and that of the diameter-varying section reduced from 16. 15mm to 7 .78mm, resulting in a reduction in steel consumption of 219kg.
