对1例强迫症的治疗体悟

The Treatment of a Patient with Obsessional Neurosis

随着社会的发展,强迫症已经成为现今社会一种发病率较高的神经症,在大学生中的发病率也相当高。在高校心理咨询中采用较多的方法主要有精神分析疗法、认识领悟疗法、行为疗法以及森田疗法,本病例在认知矫正的基础上尝试了精神分析疗法与行为疗法的结合,取得较好的疗效。

With the development of society, obsessional neurosis has become now one of neural diseases with high incidence, the incidence of this disease is quite high among university students, too. The methods freguenfly used to treat the disease are as follows; psychoanalysis therapy, eongnitive therapy, behavior therapy and mofita therapy in university＇s psychological consultation. This ease was treated on trial with the psychoanalysis therapy behavior therapy on the basis of correction and cognition, and the response was dramatic.
