摘要
东辛油田营十三断块东二段由于油稠、出砂、粘土膨胀堵塞油层等原因，于１９８７年新钻的１２口油井，有１１口投产不成功。曾采取压裂、酸化、防砂和防粘土膨胀等多项新工艺措施，均无效果。１９９４年对该断块油井采取二次射孔、不洗井方法，并运用螺杆泵举升重油新工艺配合金属棉、陶瓷防砂管防砂新技术，使长期停产的营十三断块东二段的６口油井恢复了正常生产，日产油量由原来的１．６吨增加到５１吨，检泵周期由原来的３０天延长到１３５天，截至１９９４年底，累计增产原油６４１８吨。
Eleven oil wells in Dongxin Oilfield used to stop peducing due to the high viscosity of oil and sand Production.By applying the screw pump matching with some new sand control techniques,oil produc tion in these wells has been resumed since 1994,and the productive rate increased gratly and the pump overhaul life extended rermarkably.
