利用鲁米诺－氰化钾－铜（Ⅱ）化学发光体系测定痕量磷

Investigation of the Chemiluminescence System of Luminol KCN Cu(Ⅱ) for the Determination of Trace Phosphorus

提出了利用鲁米诺－氰化钾－铜（Ⅱ）化学发光体系测定痕量磷的新方法。选定了测磷的最佳条件。测磷的线性范围是２．６×１０－１０—８．５×１０－６ｇ／ｍｌ，检测下限为４．８×１０－１１ｇ／ｍｌ。用重量法合成人工模拟轻质油品样验证该方法，取得了满意的效果。

A chemiluminescence method is described for determination of trace phosphorus(Ⅴ) The method is based on the reactions:3Cu 2+ +2PO 3- 4=Cu 3(PO 4) 2↓,Cu 2+ +Luminol+CN -=product+hυ The linear range of the working curves extends to include 4 orders of magnitude from 8 5×10 -6 to 2 6×10 -10 g/ml The determination limit is 4 8×10 -11 g/ml phosphorus(Ⅴ) The me thod has been applied to the determination of phosphorus(Ⅴ) in synthetic samples and the result is satisfactory
