摘要
设计了一种基于相位测量轮廓术、可获取彩色纹理的三维测量系统.它采用黑白摄像机作为图像传感器,分别投射三原色光到物体表面,测出它们的反射光强,通过色度学方法计算出R、G、B值,得到彩色纹理.在摄像机标定方面,利用镜头光心附近几乎无畸变的特性,提出先用靠近图像中心的标记点标定出变换矩阵M,再用图像边缘的标记点标定出畸变参数,避免了求解非线性方程组.实验表明,该系统具有较高的测量精度.
A color 3-D measuring system based on phase measuring profilometry was proposed. A black and white video camera was used as the image sensor. Tricolor beams were cast to the surfaces of objects sequentially and then the intensity of reflected beams was measured. The value of R, Gand B was calculated through theory of chromatics with measured intensity. So, color texture of objects was obtained. The parameters of camera obtained through calibrating. The transform matrix M was calibrated using marks around image center because there's almost no distortion among them. The distortion parameters were then calibrated using marks on the edge of image. Solving of nonlinear equation group was avoided. Experimental results revealed that the proposed system was wish satisfactory accuracy.
