国外加氢裂化技术的回顾与展望 被引量:2

摘要 回顾了1959年世界上首套加氢裂化装置投产以来馏分油加氢裂化催化剂、工艺技术及设备的重大变化,介绍了中压加氢裂化,渣油沸腾床和移动床加氢技术方面的进展,认为今后10年加氢裂化技术仍会有较大的发展.提出我国应集中力量开发新催化剂、加氢裂化工艺技术和催化裂化柴油加氢技术;抓紧大型加氢设备的国产化. Significant changes in catalyst, process and equipment for distillate hydrocracking since the start-up of the world fust hydrocracking unit in 1959 were reviewed. Technical progresses in mid-pressure hydrocracking, residual oil ebullated-bed hydrocracking and moving bed hydrocracking were also introduced. It is considered that hydrocracking techniques would be developed greatly in the next decade and pointed out that China must lay stress on the development of new catalyst, hydrocracking technology as well as hydrocracking technique for FCC LCO, and accelate domestic manufacturing of large-scale hydro processing equipment.
