摘要
介绍了WMH-Ⅰ型脉冲式油水乳化器的结构及其操作特性。试验表明,该种乳化器的操作参数可在较宽的范围内变化,其停留时间的均值在6.5~8.5秒之间,无因次方差在0.2~0.4之间,乳液粒径的均值小于3.2μm,均方差在1.4~1.7μm之间。湍流状态下的摩擦系数f小于2。
The construction and its opersting characteritic of WMH- Ⅰ type pulsed emulsor are recomment. On the basis of experiment, the operating parameters of that emuslor may be variation in wide range. The average value of retention peroid is between 6. 5 to 8. 5 seconds. The dimensionless variance is between 0. 2 to 0. 4. The average value of emulsion grain diameter is smaller than 3. 2mm. The average variance is between 1. 4 to 1. 7μm. The friction coefficiency under turbulence is smaller than 2.
