摘要
介绍了ＷＭＨ－Ⅰ型脉冲式油水乳化器的结构及其操作特性。试验表明，该种乳化器的操作参数可在较宽的范围内变化，其停留时间的均值在６．５～８．５秒之间，无因次方差在０．２～０．４之间，乳液粒径的均值小于３．２μｍ，均方差在１．４～１．７μｍ之间。湍流状态下的摩擦系数ｆ小于２。
The construction and its opersting characteritic of WMH- Ⅰ type pulsed emulsor are recomment. On the basis of experiment, the operating parameters of that emuslor may be variation in wide range. The average value of retention peroid is between 6. 5 to 8. 5 seconds. The dimensionless variance is between 0. 2 to 0. 4. The average value of emulsion grain diameter is smaller than 3. 2mm. The average variance is between 1. 4 to 1. 7μm. The friction coefficiency under turbulence is smaller than 2.
