摘要
分析了棉短绒的化学成分。通过正交及单因素实验,初步探讨了棉浆过醋酸蒸漂一体化的制浆工艺以及在此过程中棉浆中荧光的脱除,并分析了原料预处理及助剂对制浆工艺的影响。得到的优化工艺条件是:蒸漂最高温度为70℃,初始pH为8,过醋酸用量为3%,保温时间为60min。在此条件下,可以得到高得率(91%)、高白度(87.76%ISO)的纸浆,棉浆中荧光的脱除率达到了90%以上。
The paper provides an analysis on the chemical composition of cotton linter. With orthogonal tests and single-factor tests, the paper probes into the cooking-bleaching integrated process of cotton pulp with peracetic acid and the removal of fluorescence substance in cotton linter pulp and analyzes the influence of pretreatment of raw material and adding of additives on the pulping process. The optimum technological condition is: the maximum temperature of cooking-bleaching 70℃, the initial pH 8, the peracetic acid charge 3% and the heating time 60 min. Under this condition, the pulp with high yield(91%) and high brightness(87.76% ISO) was obtained and more than 90 percent of the fluorescence substance in cotton linter oulo was removed.
