摘要
国内外实际使用的氧化锆氧分析仪,都是在能斯特方程的基础上加以修正进行测量的,其选用、安装、维护、校验等都有特定的规范和要求。氧化锆氧传感器在使用过程中都存在老化问题,而对于氧化锆元件非反应式老化问题,理论与实践表明:完全可以用再生的办法,使其恢复正常测量功能。
Zirconia oxygen analyzers both abroad and home are based on the Nernst' s equation and necessary adjustment being made for oxygen measurement. There are special standards and requirements for the choice, installation, maintenance and calibration of the analyzer. There exists an aging problem for zirconia sensor during the service, whereas for the non-reactive aging of zirconia components, they can work properly again by being regenerated both in theory and practice.
