摘要
经多方案技术经济对比,决定胜利浅海油田埕北35井组平台及海底管道油气集输系统采用无人值守平台和海底管运输油、油气混输上岸方式,即利用井口剩余压力(达2.0MPa)将油气经海底管道直接混输至桩古46加热站,经加热后再输送至海二接转站。该系统具有平台小型化、流程简单、设施少、井口平台与生产平台分开布置,管理方便、投资与运行费用低等特点。该系统主要是由平台流程(包括油气收集流程、加药流程和海水流程组成)与海底管道(采用保温双层管结构)组成,主要设备有计量分离器、电加热器、海水泵、药剂泵、药剂罐及流量计。最后介绍了井口平台与生产平台的结构,并对配电及自控设计进行了简要说明。
Through multi-plan technological-economical comparision, it has been decided to adopt none keep watch,none take on duty platform on Chengbei 35 well group platform and submarine pipeline oil transferring,oil-gas mixed transferring to onshore at Shengli shallow sea oilfield,that is utilizing the remained pressure(2.0MPa) through submarine pipeline mixed transferring to Zhuanggu 46 heating station, after heating then transferring to Hai-2 pump station. This system has the following strong point, small size in platform, simple in process flow,less in facilities and because of wellhead platform with production plantform separated arrangement, it is convenient in management, save in investment and operation cost etc. This system is mainly made up of platform process flow(induding oil-gas gathering chemical adding and seawater process flows)and submarine pipeline (adopt double-layer conduit thermal insulation structure). Its main facilities includs separators, electroheaters,seawter pumps,chemical tanks and flowmeters etc.
