摘要 在固定床连续流动式反应装置上评选出了三种不同类型的甲醇裂解催化剂。这些催化剂在液体空速1.5~4.5h ̄-1、温度250~450℃、压力0.5MPa的条件下使甲醇单程转化率达到95%以上。产品气主要是CO和H_2气,(H_2/CO≈2)及少量CO_2、DME(二甲醚)和水等杂质,产气组成稳定。其中一种催化剂在20ml规模的反应装置上间歇累计运转了1000h,性能稳定。将该催化剂放大到1立升规模,在相同条件下,可以重复小试结果。该催化剂具有机械强度高,热稳定性好,抗积炭等特点,有可能在汽车用发动机代用燃料的制备中应用。 Three different kinds of catalysts for methanol pyrolysis are screened out on a continuous fixed bed reactor system.By using these catalysts,the methanol conversion rate of more than 95% without gas recycling can be obtained under conditions of liquid sauce velocity of 1.5 to 4. 5 h^-1,temperature of 250 to 450 ℃ and pressure of 0. 5 MPa.The composition of the produced gas is mainly CO and H_2 (H_2/CO is about 2)as well as small impurity of CO_2,DME and water,and is stable. One of the catalysts has been on stream for 1000 hours accumulatively on the 20-ml device.The test of this catalyst on one-liter scale device under the same conditions can repeat the resultS quite well. This catalyst possesses the features of high mechanic strength,good thermal stability and anticarbon deposition. it is possible to use this catalyst for the preparation of automobile substitute fuel.
