摘要
添加缓蚀剂可有效降低完井液的腐蚀性,而防止与控制完井液细菌污染和危害的方法主要有两类:通过改变环境条件(如提高完井液体系的pH值)使细菌难以生存;通过添加适当的杀菌剂杀灭细菌,从而控制细菌的危害。室内试验结果表明,在完井液体系中添加防腐杀菌剂CA-101具有良好的缓蚀性能和杀菌性能,而添加适量的除氧剂则能更为有效地控制各种完井液体系的腐蚀性。
All kinds of well completion fluid systems inherent more or less corrosive nature,and is easily polluted by bacteria thus leads to damage of the facilities.Adding corrosion inhibitor to well completion fluids can effectively reduce the corrosion.There are two methods to control the pollution and damages by bacteria. One is changing the environmental conditions(such as increasing pH)so that the bacteria are difficult to live;The other is adding some bactericides to control the damages caused by bacteria.The laboratory test results show that the bactericide CA-101 has good corrosion inhibition and bactericidal Performance.It is more effective to control the corrosion behavior of various kinds of well completion fluid systems by adding appropriate amount of oxygen remover.
