摘要
针对我国特高硫油气田开发过程中可能遇到的回注水系统腐蚀问题、高含H_2S盐水的腐蚀特性,以及应采取的相应防腐措施等进行了论述,推荐了一种缓蚀剂配方。试验结果表明:这种缓蚀剂配方,在模拟条件下,仅用50mg/l的剂量就能将污水的腐蚀速率从0.8310mm/a降低到0.076mm/a以下,且具有抑制或延缓氢渗透和硫化物应力腐蚀破裂发生的能力。
The poper discussed the recirculated water system corrosive problems which might be encountered during the development of oil and gas fields with extra-high H_2S content in our country,the corrosive characteristics of salt water with high H_2S content as well as the corresponding anti-corrosive measures should be taken,and a kind of new corrosion inhibitor formulation was recommended. The experimental results under simulated field conditions showed that only 50 mg/L of the corrosion inhibitor could decrease the corrosion rate of waste water from 0.8310 mm/a down to 0.076 mm/a and below,with an additional ability in inhibiting or retarding the hydrogen penetration and accurrence of sulphide stress corrosion cracking at the same time.
