摘要
导向浮阀是由华东理工大学研制开发的一种新型塔板。１９９３年１２月长岭炼油化工总厂将常压蒸馏塔上部１１层Ｆ１型浮阀塔板改为导向浮阀塔板。改造后，常压蒸馏塔操作平稳、调节灵活，并改善了常压蒸馏塔上部侧线产品质量，提高了轻油收率，每年可获经济效益１８０万元。
The upper eleven F1 floating valve trays of the atmospheric column in Changling Refining & Chemical Works were replaced by the guide floating valve trays in December 1993.The revamping results stable operation,flexible adjustment as well as better quality of the upper side stream and light fraction recovery.
