摘要
总结了天然气管输漏失的现场检测方法、数据录取和处理,显示出OVA—108检漏仪的先进性和野外适应性。利用该仪器可标识出微漏、漏失严重的管输设备,便于操作LDAR程序(检测—修复—再检测—再修复)。同时,还可考察站场天然气生产对周围环境的甲烷贡献及站场地理位置通风状况。利用漏失、不漏失公式,可初步估计站场设备运行的日漏失量。将上述因素综合考察,即可评价一个站场设备的运行状况,进而确定该站场是否必须进行整改。
The analysis of on-site monitoring method,data acquisition and process-ing for natural gas leakage ffrom pipeline shows that,the OVS-108leak detector has advanced performance and rield adaptability,With this detector,the leakage pipeline can be determined,and is easy to operate LDAR program(detection-recon-dition-re-detection-re-recondition),At the xame tine,the CH4 pollution in surr-ounding ares caused by gas transportation station,and the ventilation conditionof station can be determined,What's more,through leakage formula,the daily leakage can be calculated,Considering all the faactors above,we can evaluate the operation condition off the station to know if it needs rectify and reform in irder to lbtain the maximum economic rationality.
