论我国公民环境权法律保护现状及其完善

On the Legal Protection of Our Citizens’ Environmental Right

环境是人类生存的基础,保护公民环境权是保护公民生存权的前提。我国处在经济社会迅速发展时期,尽管已经建立起初步的环境保护法律体系,但为了更好地解决日益严重的环境问题,必须对有关环境保护法律进行不断完善,从而使我国公民的环境权得到更加切实有效的保护。

Environment is the basis of our human beings＇ existence and protecting the right of citizens＇ environment is the premise of protecting the right of citizens＇ existence. Now our country is in a period when our economy and society are developing very rapidly, and although our country has built a basic law system about environmental protection, we must improve it to settle the more and more serious enviroonmcntal problems and make the enviromnental right of our citizen be protected more effectively.
