摘要
针对高校新教师教学能力培养的现状及存在的问题,从高校管理工作者要全面评价教师的学术水平,健全新教师培养的制度,继承和发扬传统的导师制等方面提出了提高新教师教学能力的有效途径。
Considering the present condition and problems concerning the cultivation of new college teachers teaching ability, this essay puts forward some effective approaches to improve their teaching ability. For example, the management must be able to thoroughly evaluate their academic proficiency, strengthen the training system and carry forward the traditional tutorial system.
