男性慢性肝病患者血清性激素水平及临床意义

THE SERUM LEVEL OF SEX HORMONES IN MEN WITH CHRONIC LIVER DISEASE AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

用放免法对１２０例男性慢性肝病患者血清雌二醇（Ｅ２）、睾酮（Ｔ）、促卵泡刺激素（ＦＳＨ），促黄体生成素（ＬＨ）的水平进行测定，并探讨其临床意义。结果显示，Ｔ水平和Ｅ２／Ｔ比值与肝功能损害程度有关，而ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ水平与肝功能损害程度无明显关系。本文提示，血清Ｔ水平和Ｅ２／Ｔ比值反映了肝病患者肝功能损害程度，可作为一项临床判定指标。

Serum levels of estradiol(E2),testoaterone(T),follicule-stimulating(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were measured in 120 men with chronic liver disease by RIA,and its clinical significance was investigated.The result showed that:Serum levels of T andE2/T were related to degree of liver function damage,but this relation were not found in FSHand LH. Our finding suggested that:Serum levels of T and E2/T reflect degree of liver func-tion damage and may use for a clinical judge index.
