摘要
为了研究p53、Rb基因和国人骨肉瘤的关系,作者应用LSAB免疫组织化学方法检测了30例人骨肉瘤、15例胎儿骨和15例正常骨组织中p53蛋白和Rb蛋白的表达情况。结果发现,与正常骨和胎儿骨相比,骨肉瘤中有高水平的p53蛋白和低水平Rb蛋白表达,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。此外还发现,骨肉瘤中p53蛋白和Rb蛋白的表达结果呈负相关(r=-0.414,P<0.05)。本研究结果提示,p53基因突变和Rb基因异常在骨肉瘤的发生中可能起着一定的作用。
In order to study the relationships between p53,Rb gene and Chinese os-teosarcoma,authers used labelled streptavidin-biotin method(LSAB)to detect the expressionof p.53 and Rb protein in 30 human osteosarcomas,15 human normal bone and 15 human fetalbone tissues,respectively.The results showed that there were high levels of expression of p53 protein and low levels of Rb protein in osteosarcomas,which owned dramaticly statisticaldifference contrast to those in normal bone and fetal bones respectively(P<0.05).Besides,the relationships between the expression of p53 and Rb protein was negative correlation(rs=-0.414,P<0.05).The results suggest that the mutation of p53 gene and abnormalities ofRb gene may plaY some roles in genisis of human osteosarcoma.
