摘要
情绪是人类最基本的心理要素之一,是人的各种活动的驱动力和组织者。基于情绪的重要性,国外的一些心理学专家在90年代初,提出了一个新概念———“情绪商”,并认为一个人未来成就的大小取决于“情绪商”。文章采用文献资料法,从“情绪商”的角度对人的成功作一微观透视,并提出了提高“情绪商”的重要性和途径。
Mood is one the basic k6y psychological factors of mankind and the drive and organizer of people's activities. It is so important that some psychological experts abroad proposed a new concept "Mood Quotient", and they think one's achievements depend on it. This article, by using documents and materials, has made a microcosmic perspective on success from "Mood Quotient", and proposed the importance and ways to improve it.
