摘要
文章通过对定向越野运动项目运动持续时间长、有间歇的特点的分析及各类营养物质与定向越野运动的关系,研究得出定向越野运动的合理饮食与营养方法是能量供应的基本保证,合理的饮食与营养对运动员更好的消除疲劳有重要作用。
This article, after analyzing the continuous and intermittent characteristics of directional cross - country races and their relation with nutriments, has got the conclusion that energy supply in the races can be guaranteed by reasonable diet and nutrition, which is very important in eliminating the athletes' fatigue.
