摘要
分析中间罐烘烤器烤罐时间长、煤气消耗量大、寿命短的原因,制定、实施了改造方案,满足了连铸生产中的中间罐快换、连浇的需要,可提高使用寿命和降低成本。
This paper analyzes the causes of longer preheating, higher gas consumption and shorter service life and put forwand the modifying proposal to meet the requirement of quick tundish exchange and sequence casting. And also, the service life can be improved and the operating cost can be reduced.
