摘要
目的建立独一味颗粒含量测定方法。方法应用高效液相色谱法测定独一味颗粒含量。结果以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50)为流动相;流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:350 nm;平均回收率:98.68%;RSD=1.50%。结论本方法简便易行,结果准确可靠,适用于本品的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for quality control of Duyiwei. Methods Duyiwei was determinated by HPLC. Results With methyl - 0.4 % phosphoric acid（50：50 v/v）as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/ rain, the UV detective wavelength was 350 nm. The average recovery was 98.68 96, and RSD was 1.50 %. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of Luteotin in Duyinei.
