摘要
目的研究不同温度下配制浓过氧乙酸溶液达到最高浓度的时间和稳定性。方法分别在5℃、15℃、25℃和35℃时,按比例混和过氧乙酲甲、乙两液,放置0.5-90d,观察浓度的变化。结果随着温度升高。达到最高浓度的时间缩短,浓度降低,分解变快。结论应根据气温和用量提前一定时间配制浓过氧乙酸溶液,达到最高浓度后宜冷藏贮存,稀释液现配现用。
Objective To observe the time and stability of strong peroxyacetic acid solution which were prepared at different temperature when getting to the highest concentration. Methods To mix peroxyacetic acid solution A and B with each other in proportion at 5℃, 15℃, 25℃ and 35℃, then observe the variation of concentration laying from 0.5 d to 90 d. Results In pace with the temperature going up, the time getting to the highest concentration was shorter, the concentration was lower, and the speed of decomposing was faster. Conclusion Strong peroxyacetic acid solution should be prepared some time ahead, and in cold storage when it gets to the highest concentration, dilute it when it will be used.
