摘要
目的探讨远志的抗衰老机制。方法采用D-半乳糖致小鼠衰老模型,观察不同剂量的远志提取物对小鼠血清中SOD和肝细胞中GSH-PX活力的影响。结果远志水提物可明显提高小鼠血清中SOD和肝细胞中GSH-PX的活力,降低MDA含量。结论远志提取物可通过清除机体生成的过多自由基、改善机体的抗氧化能力,发挥延缓衰老的作用。
Objective To study the antiaging mechanism of Polygala tenuifolia Wild. Methods The Aging mice induced by Dgalactose were filled with the extracts of Polygala tenuifolia Wild. of different doses for 4 weeks. The activity of serum SOD and hepatocellular GSH-PX of mice were observed. Results The extracts could obviously enhance the activity of SOD in serum and hepatocellular GSH-PX and reduce the MDA level. Conclusion The extracts of Polygala tenuifolia Wild. have antiaging action by scavenging unnecessary free radical and relieving the oxidative damage.
