非癫癎性发作112例的临床特征及误诊分析

Clinical characteristics and misdiagnostis analysis of 112 patients with non-epileptic seizures

目的:探讨非癫癎性发作(NES)的发作形式及误诊原因。方法:对112例NES临床特征及误诊原因进行回顾性分析。结果:本组较易误诊为癫癎的NES的发作形式以偏头痛最多见,其次为假性发作、睡眠障碍、惊恐障碍。结论:NES的发作形式多种多样,极易引致误诊,临床应引起重视。

Objective：To investigate the clinical manifestations of non-epileptic seizures and explore the causes for misdiagnosis. Methods： Retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical characteristics and misdiagnostis from 112 patients with non epileptic seizures. Results： Migraine was the common symptom of non-epileptic seizures for which the misdiagnosis were easily made in this study. The secondary symptoms included pseudo seizure, sleep behavior disorder and panic disorder. Conclusions：The clinical manifestations of non epileptic seizures are varied and the misdiagnoses is most likely made. It deserves more attention in the diagnosis of non-epileptic seizures.
