重复电刺激在神经肌肉疾病诊断中的应用进展

摘要 众所周知,重复神经电刺激(RNS)对神经肌肉病变的诊断有着肯定意义,虽然单纤维肌电图(SFEMG)被认为是目前研究神经肌肉传导障碍最敏感的检查技术,但其损伤性大,耗时长,特异性较低,技术要求也较高,而RNS有其特定的优势,具有无损伤性、耐受性好,可以研究无力肌肉、近端肌肉或接近最明显无力区域的肌肉。至今RNS仍是重症肌无力(MG)及Lambert-Eaton肌无力综合征(LEMS)初诊的首选神经电生理检查。本文就近年来RNS在神经肌肉病变诊断中的应用进展作一综述。
