内异康复栓直肠给药对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠血液流变的影响

A Study on the Mechanism of Treating Experimental Endometriosis with NeiYiKangFu Shuan by Rectal Administration

目的:观察内异康复栓直肠给药对模型大鼠子宫内膜异位症的干预作用及机制。方法:以手术自体移植复制子宫内膜异位症模型,将大鼠随机分组并给予不同药物治疗,观察血液流变学指标的变化,以评价内异康复栓直肠给药的治疗作用。结果:内异康复栓治疗后模型大鼠血液流变学指标均有不同程度的改善,其中全血黏度、纤维蛋白原含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠存在血液流变学的异常改变;内异康复栓可能通过改善模型大鼠异常的血液流变性状,减轻瘀血内阻的病理改变,以达到治疗作用;栓剂直肠给药是治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效方法和途径。

Objective ：To explore the effect and mechanism of NeiYiKangFu Shuan in treating endometriosis model mice by rectal administration. Methods ： Endometriosis was surgically induced in the female SD mice. They were randomly divided into different groups and given different treatment. Observation were associated with effect to the model mice , of hemorheology. Results： Haematological index improves , and haematic viscosity number and fibrinogen of endometriosis model mice obviously lowered after NeiYiKangFu Shuan treating（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： NeiYiKangFu Shuan probably improves haematological index of endometriosis model mice to decrease or eliminate endometriosis. Herbal suppository by rectal administration proves to be a good cure for endometriosis.
