丹芷胶囊抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

Experimental Study on Anti-Inflammatory Effect and Analgesic Effect of DanZhi Capsules

目的:评价丹芷胶囊的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀试验,考察丹芷胶囊的抗炎作用;用小鼠醋酸扭体法和热板法,考察丹芷胶囊的镇痛作用。结果:丹芷胶囊能明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀;对醋酸致小鼠扭体反应有明显的抑制作用,提高小鼠热痛阈值。结论:丹芷胶囊有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。

Objective ： To study the anti - inflammatory effect and analgesic effect of DanZhi capsules. Methods ： Models of acute inflammatory reactions of xylene - induced mouse ear edema, carrageena - induced rat paw edema were performed to study the anti - inflammatory effects. Methods of acetic acid induced writhing and hot - plate test in mice were used to study the analgesic effect. Results ： DanZhi capsules significantly suppressed xylene - induced mouse ear edema and carrageena - induced rat paw edema. The writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid were decreased and pain threshold was remarkably improved by DanZhi capsules. Conlusion ： DanZlfi capsules have significantly effects of anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects.
