来自莫迦小麦的T型恢复基因的染色体定位 被引量:4

Chromosomal Location of T-type Fertility Restoring Gene Derived from T.macha var.Subletschchumicum

摘要 Tm 3314是西北农林科技大学选育的具有莫迦小麦(T.m acha var.subletschchum icum)T型恢复基因和K型不育基因的基础遗传材料。为了以Tm 3314的T型恢复基因作为K型不育基因的遗传标记选育非1B/1R类型的K型不育系,对Tm 3314的T型恢复基因进行了染色体定位。单、缺体分析结果表明,Tm 3314的T型主效恢复基因位于1B染色体上,5A、2B、4B染色体上存在育性恢复的微效基因或修饰基因,而在1D染色体上具有育性恢复的抑制基因。对Tm 3314和T sp3314的T型恢复基因的等位性测验表明,二者的T型主效恢复基因可能是等位或紧密连锁的。根据T sp3314来自斯卑尔脱小麦(T.sp elta var.duham elianum)的T型主效恢复基因的染色体位置,进一步将Tm 3314的T型主效恢复基因定位于1B染色体短臂上。 Tm3314 is a restorer line for T-type wheat cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS), and has chromosome segment related to male-fertility derived from T. macha vat. subletschchumicum. The chromosomal location of its T-type restorer gene was studied by monosomic and nullisomic analysis. The results indicated that a major T-type restorer gene was located on chromosome 1B, three minor restorer genes or modifier genes were located on 5A,2B and 4B, and an inhibitor gene was located on 1D. Allelism test was conducted between Tm3314 and Tsp3314, the latter had T-type restorer gene of T. spelta vat. duhamelianum. The results suggested that the major T-type restorer genes of Tm3314 and Tsp3314 likely had allelic relation or closely linked. According to the chromosomal location of T-type major restorer gene of T. spelta, the T-type major restorer gene of Tm3314 was located on the short arm of chromosome 1B.
