摘要
以豫麦49为供试材料,在大田试验条件下研究了开花期喷施表油菜素内酯(ep i-BR)对小麦蔗糖代谢及其关键酶活性和产量的影响。结果表明,开花期喷施ep i-BR提高了旗叶的叶绿素含量,增加了磷酸蔗糖合成酶(SPS)活性和蔗糖含量;增强了籽粒中蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性,加速了籽粒中蔗糖的降解,进而增加了穗粒数、粒重和产量。在本试验条件下,开花期喷施10.0μg/L的ep i-BR的处理小区产量比对照提高了8.6%。
Epibrassionolide(epi-BR) sprayed at anthesis increases wheat grain weight, but the physiologm mechanism is poorly understood. This paper aimed to find out wheather the variations induced by epibrassionolide (epi-BR) were regulated by sucrose metaboilsm. The results indicated that epibrassionolide(epiBR) sprayed in anthesis increased the chlorophyll content and activity of sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS)-the key enzyme in sucrose synthesis-in flag leaves, accelerated sucrose synthesis and increased the sucrose content in flag leaves. Epibrassionolide(epi-BR) sprayed in anthesis also enhanced the supply of sucrose in the grain in filling Stage, increased the activity of sucrose synthase (SS) (the key enzyme in sucrose decomposition)-in the grain, accelerated sucrose decomposition and produced sufficient precursor for starch synthesis. And finally epi-BR increased spike number,grain weight and yield of wheat. Among the treatments, most of the indexes had the greatest value in the 10.0μg epi-BR treatment produced the highest grain yield, that was 8.6 epi-BR treatment. higher significantly So the 10.0 μg/L than the control.
