摘要
为了筛选耐热性较强的品系,为小麦耐热性遗传研究及耐热品种选育奠定基础,以S iete C erros×Seri-82的66个重组近交系(R IL)小麦叶片为材料,测定了在热锻炼(34℃,48 h)及热胁迫(49℃,60 m in)条件下叶片的相对电导率,以此评价耐热性。结果表明,供试的66个重组近交系中,51个(77.27%)为热敏感近交系,7个(10.61%)为中等耐热近交系,8个(12.12%)为耐热近交系。由此可见,耐热性发生了明显的重组和分离现象,筛选出的耐热近交系可作为耐热性遗传改良以及耐热品种选育的种质材料加以利用。
In order to select better heat-resistant materials to study heat tolerance inheritance ana breed heat tolerant variety, the heat tolerance in 66 wheat recombinant inbred lines (RILs) of Siete Cerros × Seri- 82 were evaluated by measuring the relative conductivities of leaf under the condition of heat acclimation (34℃, 48 h) and heat stress (49℃, 60 min). The results indicated that among the 66 RILs, 51 (77.27 % )RILs were t hermo-susceptible, 7 (10. 61 % ) R ILs were middle thermo-tolerant, 8 (12. 12 % ) RILs were thermo-tolerant. This showed that the obvious recombination and separation of heat tolerance took place among the 66 RILs. The RILs of the better thermo-tolerant could be used as the materials to improve heat tolerance and breeding heat tolerance variety.
