摘要 概述了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的发展历史,指出双极板不但影响电池组的性能,而且直接影响电池组的成本,成为PEMFC产业化的阻碍。综述了PEMFC双极板常用的材料和制备工艺,着重介绍了目前已经进入小规模商业化生产的复合材料双极板的原材料和先进制备工艺。 The history of proton-exchange membrane fuel celI(PEMFC) was introduced. Bipolar plates, which influence not only the performance but also the cost of the stack, have been the obstacle for the industrialization of PEMFC. The traditional materials of bipolar plates and the processes for bipolar plates were reviewed. Specially, the materials and the advanced processes for bipolar plates, which have been in the pre-pilot production, were discussed.
