心绞痛患者SOD活性和MDA含量的变化

摘要 本文观察了20例冠心病心绞痛患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,结果发现心绞痛患者SOD活性明显下降,而MDA含量显著升高(P<0.01),二者呈显著负相关(r=-0.82,P<0.001),并伴有血小板聚集性增强和血浆纤维蛋白原水平升高(P<0.01,P<0.01);病情稳定期患者血清MDA含量升高,但SOD活性正常,二者呈显著正相关(r=+0.83,P<0.001),血小板聚集性和血浆纤维蛋白原水平在正常范围。作者提出:给冠心病患者适当补充外源性SOD或其他自由基清除剂,可能有利于稳定病情,防止心绞痛发作。 The serum superoxide dismulase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were measured out of twenty cases with angina pectoris. Compared with twenty-fivecontrold Subjects, the serum SOD activity of the patients was decreased,while MDA content wasincreased significantly(P<0.01, P< 0.01 respectively)and they were open to negative correta-tion(r=-0.82,P<0.001).In the mean time,platelet aggregation activity and plasma fibrino-gen level were increased(P<0. 01,P<0.01 respectively).The serum MDA content in anothertwenty cases with stable coronary artery disease was increased while SOD aetivity was normal andthey were open to positive correlation(r=-0.83,P<0.001).Platelet aggregation activity andplasma fibrinogen level were normal.The authoks suggsted that if exgenetic SOD or other freeradical scavengers were supplied to the patients with coronary heart disease adequately, they wouldbe beneficial to slabilize the clisease or prevent anginal episode.
