岛状腹直肌肌皮瓣修复复发性胸腹壁肿瘤创面的探讨

REPAIRING RECURKENT TUMOR WOUND AT THORACO-ABDOMINAL WALL WITH ISLAND MUSCULOCUTANEOUS FLAP SEPARATED FROM MUSCULUS RECTUS ABDOMINIS

报道采用自身单蒂岛状腹直肌皮瓣，修复无全身转移胸腹壁恶性肿瘤经各种方法治疗后遗留溃疡创面４例。转移的腹直肌皮瓣全部成活，术后伤口愈合，皮瓣供区未发生腹壁疝。作者认为选择创面对侧腹直肌皮瓣，面积大，完全可以覆盖较大的手术创面；皮瓣血管恒定，血运丰富，抗感染力强，成活率高。

This paper reports that four patients without systemic metastasis thoraco-ab-dominal wall malignant tumors had been treated with various methods and left ulcertive wounds.The surfaces of the wound were repaired with autogenous single pedical island musculocutaneousflaps separated from musculus rectus abdoucinis. All transposition flaps were survived and thewounds were healed. No abdomial hernia occured on the regious where the flaps had beensupplied. The coutralateral of the wounds have a wide range of healthy skin,so the flaps from thearea can cover an extensive operative wounds thoroughly.Because the flaps have constant vascularsand rich blood supply, they have powerful anti-infection capability. and a high survival rate.
