摘要
本文报告大隐静脉逆行插入抽剥术８８例，一次抽剥成功率为７８．４％。认为本术式较常规法为优，并提出了术中注意事项。
The paper reported 88 cases who veceived the management of retrorade inser-tion stripping of the great saphenous vein.The successful rate of one-time stripping was 78.4%.The author discussed points for attention of surgical procedure and thought that it was better warythan the regular one.
