摘要 采用毒性较小的固体光气(BTC)在60℃下与己二胺及γ-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷反应合成了1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HD I)及γ-异氰酸酯丙基三乙氧基硅烷(IPTS)。与传统合成法相比,该方法采用吡啶吸收反应过程中的氯原子,减少了对人体的危害和对环境的污染,是一种绿色合成方法。对合成产品进行红外光谱和质谱表征,结果表明,产物具有异氰酸酯的显著特征,纯度较高,说明采用BTC代替光气合成HD I和IPTS方法是一条切实可行的路线。 In this paper, the synthesis of HDI and IPTS from 1,6-hexanediamine or γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate ( BTC ) as the phosgene substitute material under 60℃ was studied. Compared with traditional method, pyridine was used to absorb the chlorine which produced from the experiment, decreasing the harmful to people and the pollution of the environment. Its a green synthesis way. Analyzing the production with IR spectrum and mass spectrum, showed that the production had the characteristic of the isocyanate and the yield was high and the solid-phosgene synthetic method using BTC to substitute phosgene was expected to be effective and feasible way.
