摘要
对以月桂酸和二甲胺为原料制取二甲基十二烷基酰胺的工艺进行了研究,通过正交实验对工艺条件进行优化,得到的优化工艺条件为:反应温度180℃,通入氮气与二甲胺(L/m in)的气量比为1∶5,催化剂用量为月桂酸质量的2%。在此条件下月桂酸转化率为98.5%,反应所需的时间为7 h。
The synthesis process of N, N-dimethyl dodecyl amide from lauric acid and dimethylamine was studied. The optimized conditions confirmed by orthogonal experiments are as follows:the temperature is 180℃, the ratio of N2 to NH ( CH3 ) 2 (L/min) is 1: 5, the catalyst usage is 2% [ CH3(CH2)10 COOH ]. Under these conditions, the conversion of lauric acid is 98.5% ,the reaction time is 7 h.
