摘要
联合开发是基于城市轨道交通及土地利用而发展起来的一种经营及资源利用模式,也是解决城市轨道交通建设资金的重要途径。在国内外相关文献研究的基础上,系统阐述了联合开发的含义,着重对联合开发的组织运行体制和联合开发的实施流程等问题进行了探讨。在此基础上,分析了武汉市轨道交通一号线的联合开发现状,并对武汉市轨道交通与房地产联合开发提出了相关建议。
Joint development is a mode of management and resource utilization, which is developed on the basis of urban rail transit and land utilization, it also provides an important way to raise the construction fund of urban rail transit. Based on relevant research from home and abroad, the meaning of joint development is systematically elaborated. The organization and operation system as well as the implementing procedure of joint development are mainly explored. On this basis, the current situation about the joint development of the No. 1 line of Wuhan rail transit is analyzed, and some suggestions about Wuhan's joint development of rail transit and real estate are put forward.
