摘要
组织智商是衡量组织整体智力的一个重要指标。如何衡量组织智商,对于构造、调整和提升组织智能有着非常重要意义和价值。讨论了组织智商的定义,从信息收集及分析能力、信息利用能力、知识显性程度和知识贡献程度等多个方面讨论了组织智商的内涵,最后还给出了组织智商的评价指标。有了衡量的标准,也就有了构造、调整和提升的方向。
Organizational intelligence quotient is an important appraisal index to evaluate integral intelligence of organization. There is very important significance and value to construct, adjust and promote organizational intelligence quotient. With the evaluation standard, organization will have explicit direction and method to improve organizational intelligence. The definition, based on ability of information collection and analysis, ability of information utilization, degree of knowledge appearance, and degree of knowledge contribution, etc. is discussed The appraisal index to evaluate integral intelligence of organization is given.
