从国家政策、基础设施建设、信息资源建设、师资培训和信息技术课程的设置等方面,对各国的信息技术教育进行了系统比较;并陈述了我国信息技术教育的现状,分析了我国信息技术教育普及过程中出现的问题和障碍;提出了构建符合发展规律的、适合我国具有民族和地域差别的信息技术教育系统。

The current situations of national and international development of information technique education are compared systematically from national policy, infrastructure, information resources construction, teachers training, the information technique course establishing etc. A systematic comparison of all the other countries information technique education is made. The present situation of the information technique education in China is stated. The problems and obstacles that appear in the process of universal information education are analyzed. The information technique education system that matches the law of development and fit for our country with race and region difference is put forward.
