摘要
根据1986-2000年间建筑业的统计数据,利用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数与索洛增长速度方程分析了广义科技进步对我国建筑业经济增长的贡献。研究表明,科技进步对建筑业经济增长的贡献率以及建筑业的科技水平总体上呈上升趋势,科技进步对建筑业经济增长的贡献率已经超过了劳动力的贡献率,但投资仍然是拉动建筑业经济增长的最主要因素,我国建筑业的经济增长方式总体上仍然属于外延式的经营模式。
Some statistical datum of construction industry from 1986 to 2000 are used to analyse the contribution of science & technology progress on economic growth of construction industry based on Cobb - Douglas product function and Solow's growth equation. The finding in this paper is that the contribution rate and the level of science & technology of construction have been increasing as a whole for a long time and the contribution rate of science & technology progress has been higher than that of labour. However, the capital is the most important contribution to construction economic growth yet. It indicates that the pattern of economic growth of construction industry in China currently belongs to extended development model and the science & technology level should be improved in order to adapt request of sustainable development.
