法洛四联症根治术12例分析

Radical correction of tetralogy of Fallot in 12 cases

目的总结12例法洛四联症患者的外科治疗经验。方法采用低温体外循环，经右室流出道切口完成疏通及室间隔缺损修补，5例行跨环补片术，7例单纯补片加宽流出道。结果全组无手术死亡，术后住院10～20d，随访2个月～2年，效果满意。结论法洛四联症患者应尽早手术治疗，彻底的畸形矫治，满意的右室流出道疏通和重建，完善的围术期处理是手术成功的关键。

Objective To review the surgical treatment of 12 cases of patients from tetralogy of Fallot. Methods In all 12 patients, dredging and closing ventricular septal defects were done through right ventricular efferent tract under hypothermia and cardiopulmonary bypass,5 of whom required transannular patch and 7 needed simple patch enlarging efferent tract. Results 12 patients survived the operation and made a quick recovery in 10 to 20 days＇ hospitalization. There Showed no complication at a session of 2 to 24 months of follow-up. Conclusion Surgical treatment should be performed in the early-stage of llfe in the patients with tetralogy of FaUot. Radical correction of the heart malformation, right approach to dredging and correcting right ventricular efferent tract and perfect perioperative care are the key to successful operation.
