通过对经济增长理论的分析,发现“资本、技术、人力资本”是决定经济增长的至关重要的因素,更为重要的是,“专业化人力资本”是经济增长的动力源泉。从资源角度而言,“人才资源”就是经济学意义上的“专业化人力资本”,因此,我们认为,人才资源是经济增长的动力源泉,人才资源可以推动经济的可持续增长。

The analysis on theory of economic growth shows that capital, technology and manpower capital are important factors influencing economic growth. More important is that specialized manpower capital is the source of economic growth. From the angle of resources, talent resource is the specialized manpower capital in economic meaning. Therefore, we think that talent resource is the source of economic growth, and will promote the sustainable economic development.
