摘要
研究了不同收获时期对杂交稻稻米品质的影响。结果表明:研究的7个品质指标中,不同收获时期处理间的精米率、整精米率和蛋白质含量存在显著差异,而垩白粒率、垩白度、粒长、米粒长宽比均无显著差异。精米率、整精米率和蛋白质含量均以黄熟期最高。
The effects of different harvest dates on rice quality of hybrid rice were studied. The results stlowed mat mere was significant difference in milled rice rate, head rice rate and protein content and no significant difference in chalky rice rate, chalkiness degree, rice length and length/width among different harvest date treatments. The milled rice rate, head rice rate and protein content of hybrid rice harvested at the period of yellow ripeness were up to maximum.
