摘要
为制得乳化剂含量低、固含量高的纳米级聚合物,采用自制的属于Gemini型的特殊表面活性剂KD-1进行聚丙烯酸酯微乳液的聚合研究。结果表明,只需用1.44%~2.15%(质量分数)的单一阴离子型乳化剂KD-1就可得到固含量为30%~45%(质量分数)的纳米级聚丙烯酸酯微乳液。讨论了乳化剂、固含量、反应温度等对微胶乳粒子大小的影响。提高乳化剂含量和反应温度及降低固含量有利于生成粒径小的微胶乳粒子。研究了乳液的流体力学行为以及共聚物的光学和力学性能。
In order to made high solids-content nanosized polymer latexes with low content of emulsifier, KD-1, one of special Gemini anionic surfactant made by ourselves, was used as only surfactant to prepare acrylic latex. The results indicated that with low surfactants mass fraction (1.44%-2.15%), the high solids mass fraction (30%- 45%) and nanosized copoIymer Iatexes were attained. Influences of emulsifying agent, monomer and temperature on properties of latex were discussed. More mass fraction of emulsifier, higher temperature and lower solid content all benefit the formation of polymer latex with small-particles. The rheology of latexes, optics performance and mechanical properties of the copolymers were also investigated.
