The Establishment of Chinese Management Philosophy

管理哲学不仅具有民族性,而且更具有世界性,它根源于世界经济全球化。没有世界性就必然会落后于时代,没有民族性就无法走向世界。我们既要弘扬中国传统管理哲学的精华,又要吸收西方管理哲学中反映人类管理哲学共同要求的因素,力求创建中国管理哲学、指导中国管理实践,加快我国的现代化进程。

Management philosophy is not only of nation, but also of the world, which roots from the economic globalization in the world. Without being of the world it will be behind the times; without being of nation it cannot head for the world. We should expand the essence of the Chinese traditional management philosophy, and absorb the western management philosophy reflecting the commonly requested factor in the management philosophy of mankind. We try hard to establish the Chinese management philosophy, to guide Chinese management practice and to speed up the modernization of China.
