44例腺苷负荷超声心动图试验结果分析

Analysis of adenosine stress echocardiography in 44 patients

目的探讨腺苷负荷超声心动图试验(ATE)对于冠心病诊断价值及实施的安全性。方法对44例拟诊冠心病的患者行冠状动脉造影及腺苷负荷超声心动图检查,分析两者的符合率及试验中发生的不良反应的情况。结果ATE对冠状动脉单支病变检出率72.7%,双支病变88.9%,三支病变检出率85.7%,检出冠心病的敏感性81.5%,特异性88.2%,阳性预测值91.7%,阴性预测值75%。结论ATE对冠心病的诊断是一种安全、有效的方法,是可靠的冠状动脉造影前的初筛检查。

Objective To invastigate the sensitivity and security of adenosine stress echocardiography（ATE） in the diagnosis of Caronarg artery disease（CAD）. Motheds 44 patients underwent ATE and the walls motion were evaluated, then the relationship between the former and angiocardiography results were compared. Results The sensitivity of detecting one, two and three coronary artery lesions were 72.7 %, 88.9 %, 85.7 %, the total was 81.5 %. Conclusion Adenosine stress echocardiography is a safe and effective toothed in the diagnosis of CAD.
